- One photo from about ten feet back, so we can see the wall in context
- One close-up of the damage
- A rough size, or something in the frame for scale
- Your cross streets
You will get a ballpark price back the same day. Most people find that is enough to decide whether to go further, and it saves taking a morning off work to find out.
If you are working to an HOA deadline or a home inspection period, mention it and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Monday through Saturday, 7am to 6pm.
Texts sent after hours get answered the next morning. During monsoon season we run behind on callbacks in the days right after a big storm, so if it is urgent, call rather than text.
